Project UMHLABA-ILANGA 2007

Dear scout and guide friends,

    You will probably celebrate, as we all will, the 100th anniversary of scouting in july 2007. Like you, we will be watching the sunrise on august 1st.
We will watch this sunrise together with hundreds of scouts but we would also like to see yours. What about sharing our sun and yours via a webcam ?

    The idea is to see several sunrises on the same day, hour after hour, around the planet. Our guides and scouts could of course seize this opportunity to communicate together, thus experiencing the international dimension of our worldwide movement.
